Usage & Activation Instructions

1. Hydrate: Submerge the dry sheets in warm water for 2-3 minutes. Squeeze/massage the cells to remove air bubbles.

2. Dry: Thoroughly towel-dry the sheets before freezing to prevent sticking.

3. Freeze: Place in a freezer for at least 24 hours. For maximum B2B performance, use a blast freezer set to -80°C or a domestic freezer set to its lowest setting.

4. Heat (HDR Only): The 4-ply sheets can also be microwaved in 30-second increments for use as a heat pack.
